Guidance, Watch & widgets

Reconnect and open Second Wind to refresh guidance and shared content. Notification delivery also depends on iPhone permissions, Focus settings, and Watch mirroring.

Premium & purchases

Use Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases to check your Apple entitlement. Manage billing and cancellation through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting a Second Wind account or resetting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Accounts & app data

Reset App Data resets app state; it does not delete your account. Use Delete Account for your Second Wind account and associated account data. Passkeys are sign-in credentials for an account, not separate accounts.
